I just wanted to write a brief THANK YOU to tell you how grateful I am for your generosity. I am beyond appreciative for you allowing us to not only move in but with rent waived. It goes far beyond just being “happy & thrilled” to move into this beautiful house that we love. What you don’t know is that the last 6 weeks, I’ve been called off from work, sent home early because I did not have patients at the hospital. And since I am hourly, I was always the employee to be sent home without pay. Because I did not have my typical income, rent or a house payment would’ve been very difficult. I thank God everyday for this blessing of you allowing us to move in while we “get on our feet.” I literally do not know what I would’ve done if you not had that foresight and kindness. And I know my family is so relieved that your “gift” allowed me to care for my kids when it would’ve otherwise been nearly impossible. The good news is that work picked up again just in time for house payments. Spreading your name around town doesn’t even “touch” the “payback” deserved. Just know that there is more than just me who is so thankful!

As a single female, I was already on the defense about building this project solo, but from our first meeting, I quickly realized that you had as much respect for me as you would with any male client. I was so grateful to see you freely communicating and working closely with me throughout the building process.
The care, pride and motivation you put into your homes in evident. Your crew was on the job site every day weather permitting and even sometimes when it wasn’t! I visited daily and observed the excellence and quality of the construction taking place. As you know, this was not my first build and I scrutinized every nail. You gave me a time line to plan my life around and I was literally ecstatic when you met your completion date!

They are a great company to work with and are up front with you and they go out of their way to make sure the job is done right and on time. They are also a family ran and owned company all the family had a hand in building our house Ron, Susan, Ronnie, Mark and Dustin . Also a big thank you to Dustin he was our building coordinator and contact guy he kept me up to date on a daily basis on the building progress and walked me through everything as it was being built. We told him what we wanted and he drew up the blueprints and made it happen.

If someone is not satisfied or completely happy with something he will work on the problem until it is solved.
